We pick you up directly from your hotel and you enjoy a ride through remote rolling hills, past idyllic beaches directly into the jungle in north-west Phuket. After arriving at the
*Green – Elephant Sanctuary Park”
you will have the opportunity to feed the large elephants and young animals.
We then continue to a short presentation in English of our visions, the park and Asian elephants.
After changing, you can rub the elephants and yourself with mud in the spa pool. It makes for the most beautiful souvenir photo taken by park photographers during the entire visit. Then you can wash the mud off the elephants and yourself in the freshwater pool before having fun with the elephants under the XXL adventure shower.
After showering, you can enjoy a rich, authentic Thai buffet.
And finally you can say your goodbyes to the elephants before we bring you back to your hotel.
THE PARK
Our park is an ethical sanctuary for elephants on the Phuket peninsula designed in accordance with the European Animal Protection Act. It is located near Surin Beach in the middle of a beautiful jungle landscape. It has a huge area of more than 40,000m with an idyllic stream that flows into a small pond. We have used natural resources as far as possible in this well-designed ecological project.
Our goal was clear from the beginning: We wanted visitors to be taken on a journey into the world of the Asian elephant and enjoy an unforgettable experience with these magnificent animals!
OUR ELEPHANTS
At the “Green – Elephant Sanctuary Park Phuket” the elephants are given a new life, far away from the chains and violence they experienced in the past. These traumatised animals are not forced to do anything here and are not ridden. The needs of the Asian elephants who are mostly active at dusk and night, are met with our large night complex with night enclosures and a roof.
Round-the-clock water supply is also provided, which unfortunately is hardly commonplace in Thailand. Great emphasis is also placed on a balanced and healthy diet for the elephants. Currently we have multiple elephants that are being cared for at the “Green – Elephant Sanctuary Park Phuket”.
So interested visitors can
experience up close how free, cheerful and wonderfully clumsy an elephant begins its life in Thailand!
