Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your reservation or request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions of refunds for our transportation and tour services.

1. Cancellation Policy
– If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service booked and the time of cancellation.

– For transportation services, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

– For tour services, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled tour time, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy
– If you cancel your reservation within the time frames mentioned above, we will issue a full refund for any fees paid, including the deposit.

– If you cancel your reservation outside of the time frames mentioned above, we may charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will depend on the type of service booked and the time of cancellation.

– If we cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or mechanical issues, we will issue a full refund for any fees paid, including the deposit.

– In the event that you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, and if we are unable to do so, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Process
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request or confirmation of the refund.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
